I booked this hotel because I need fly to Spain from Beauvais. I arrived here at 10pm and I was very tired. At that time, there was only one security guard in charge of check-in in the store, and an appointment number was required to check in on the machine. After I provided it, he said that there is a problem with the number and then checked on their system, telling them that they did not receive my online payment because of a problem with my credit card. It didn't help that I showed him my payment history, I contacted Trip's customer service and couldn't solve it in time, so I made a new payment because we were too tired and needed to rest. The store staff's English is not very good so it is very difficult to communicate, and I need to go to the airport to catch my flight the next day so I don't have time to argue. I am really disappointed that this matter is still not resolved.

The room has everything you needed, very clean but with a low pillow. The air conditioning was very warm and that helped in the -4 winter. The breakfast was complete buffet style. And best of all, next to restaurants and shopping, and 10 minutes from the airport. And there is a taxi center that serves guests, which is very important because Uber/Bolt would cancel when the journey was short and during flight times the fares would be up to 60 euros instead of 14 euros. And the taxi charged 25.

The whole hotel was very dirty except the reception. I reserved three rooms for three people. One room had begbug fecies in the bed, one room had a mattress that had big blood stains, and the third room was dirty also. We left the hotel without staying there as it was disgusting.
I am still waiting for reimbursement for the rooms. I recommend this hotel to no-one.
