I checked in late and the progress was smooth. The staff were nice, they explained and show me the place. The bed was comfortable and the shower was clean. Ideal for backpacking or lone travelers on a budget.

Really enjoyed my stay even though it was short. The location is great, very close and walkable to the main attractions and the train station, and the check-in was easy. The breakfast was simple but good and filling with unlimited coffee and tea. I especially appreciated the free self-service laundry. The private single room size was just enough and perfectly fine for a night’s sleep. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely location near the centre of Almaty. Amazing hostel offering capsule like rooms at affordable prices, with good selection of food and drinks offered. Rooms are tiny but definitely adequate, toilets and showers are clean!
My only main negative would be that the aircond is centralised to each part of the floor and not in the rooms themselves, and is set at a high temperature of around 21°c, which means that it gets rather stuffy and hot at night.

This is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in, in terms of cleanliness, service, and location. The staff are accommodating and always ready to assist with any questions or requests. They keep the hostel very clean, especially the bathrooms. I highly recommend this place to solo travelers.. it's a great spot to meet people and exchange travel stories.
