We had a lovely time at this hotel. The staff were extremely friendly and very helpful with anything that we needed. They were very accommodating and fulfilled our requests with ease. The pool was absolutely wonderful. It was the perfect temperature. It was not that cold and it was great being able to relax in the sauna. The hotel overall was very clean and very well maintained. The restaurant was absolutely lovely. There was so many decorations, especially for Christmas time, and it was so lovely being able to celebrate during the holiday holidays there too. The food was also delicious! We would definitely consider going back here again with our family! (4 year old and 4 month old) oh also breakfast was great! So many choices and they were all so tasty!!

The hotel room was spacious, which I really liked. The only minor issue was a faint smell from the sofa, but overall, it was good value for money. I'd definitely like to stay here again.

The hotel isn't new, but it's clean, and the staff are very friendly. It's conveniently located, and there's a varied breakfast starting at 7 AM. The soundproofing between rooms and the corridor isn't the best, but it's not a major issue.

Hotel location and buffet breakfast is consider perfect for me, we went to green brazar for buying Somsa is around T400/pc. The local Rakhat Lotte Chocolate factory is nearby and we bought lots of chocolate especially dark chocolate of 70% or 80%(1Kg) is around T11K, The big shop will be very croweded in the afternoon, so went to the small store which mostly local people buying from. The small store is we show them the item that we want and qty and they will charged us according which different from the big store, we did not count at the shop, so we being charged more and getting less pcs that we ordered. We book a private day tour last minute when we reach the Hotel for second day to Kolsay Lake, Charyn/Moon/Black Canyon cost us USD200. Kolsay super cool at the end of November, temperature through mobile phone show 13 degree, but me real feel like 3 degree. Strong wind make it feel freezing. Try not to stay too late at Kolsay Lake, as we left Kolsay lake around 4pm, reach Hotel almost 8pm. Driver will stop by for toilet break, its clean and free at the petro station.

Reception desk staff was very friendly and helpful. We arrived hotel in early morning, as soon as someone checked out Alis made that room available to us, we paid half day rate moved in, it was a big help for us after more than 24 hrs in the air or airport. During the waiting time Emmanuel "entertained" us, introduced surrounding attractions, we felt warmly welcomed, very much enjoyed the talking. Hotel is in the excellent location, many eating options nearby. Strongly recommended and many thanks to Emmanuel and Alis.
