We stayed at this hotel again as we left our luggage there while we went on a 2D1N local trip. The receptionist was very friendly and welcoming and greeted us with a lovely smile. She was actually one of the first people we met in Almaty who made us feel so warmly welcomed. Compared to our previous stay, we found the room to be noticeably cleaner this time.

opposite this hotel there is a forum mall which is 7-10 minutes walk n a dostyk mall which is around 10 minutes by taxi, no free mineral water in the room but they provide a water dispenser in the corridor n an electric kettle, besides tooth brush other amenities we have to ask for, overall this hotel is a bit better compare with its peers.

The showerhead in the bathroom was leaking, turning the whole bathroom into a 'Nile River' after every shower. When checking out, the front desk kept calling every 10 minutes, constantly rushing us.

The room facilities are outdated, the windows are hard to open, and the carpet is dirty. Some front desk staff were unhelpful, refusing an early check-in even when rooms were available. Yet, I noticed guests with other passports were allowed to check in earlier. This blatant discrimination is unacceptable and very unprofessional for a hotel. On the positive side, the breakfast spread was quite generous, and the restaurant staff were very friendly.
