An older hotel, which is not a bad thing. Breakfasts were fantastic. Our family had a negative experience with check in, cleanliness and safety in our room, and we had to address these matters with a manager. It’s obvious they need to deal with service quality when they make mistakes and get to a point where safety and customer satisfaction are priority.

I paid 30,000 for three rooms, each for a stay of three and a half days, and the service was incredibly disappointing. None of the rooms had hot water for showers – it was ice cold! Turndown service was only provided on one of the three days, completely skipped for the other two. Toiletries were not replenished, and even a simple request for an apple was denied.
