The location is excellent, with a famous Kazakh restaurant right downstairs, which was a great experience. It's very convenient to get to the pedestrian street and business center. The hotel facilities are among the best in Almaty, and the breakfast is plentiful. Although the room rate is higher than what you'd typically find domestically, for business travel, the cleanliness and safety of a chain hotel are relatively more guaranteed.

Excellent for business trips. There are ironing facilities in the hallway, which is very convenient. The room was quiet and comfortable. The breakfast spread was extensive with plenty of choices. The front desk service was also great. Very satisfied overall.

We booked Premium room and it was spacious.They have swing in the room.My kids love it. Great hotel location,near Arbat street.Night life ,foods,shopping are all there..Yandex are very easy to get..Overall we had great time there. This hotel was the perfect choice.

I loved my stay here. The staff are very helpful, especially Albina who has been very helpful towards me. Getting a late check out although I had to pay like 50% off the rate. The hotel comes with a lot of amenities and especially I like the gym and the sauna in the winter month. It is so close to most of the places and arbat street. Getting into everywhere I convenient staying here and it has got nice coffee shops close by.

This is my second time staying at Ibis for a business trip. The location is excellent, right across from a shopping mall, and it offers good value for money. The decor provides a cozy and stylish atmosphere. Plus, there's a free, unlimited supply of hot and cold drinking water available in the corridor, which is incredibly convenient.

I don't understand. Every morning at 8 AM, there's the sound of a drill. They don't provide disposable slippers unless you call for them, and even then, you have to chase them up. It only has the Ibis name; the service quality doesn't match this price point at all.
