the room look clean buy upon close inspection, the wall seems somewhat old and some of the wallpaper want to torn out already. The towel I received 3 out of 4 have stains. The toilet sink does not draining well and the pipe under the sink have leaks. hope that they can improve furthermore

Overall it's okay. Interior is a little out of dated but bed is comfy. Got a bathtub . Need more lighting , it's a bit too dim in the room.

Nothing deal-breaking, but something to note if you’re a deep sleeper. Location-wise, it’s a winner. Walking distance to Aman Central, local cafés, and Alor Setar Tower made exploring effortless. High floors also offer a lovely city view — perfect for morning coffee or sunset photos. Little touches made my stay memorable: complimentary Wi-Fi that never faltered, modern toiletries, and those small staff gestures that made a difference — smiles, helpful directions, and quick responses whenever I needed something. Overall, Royale Signature Hotel is a great value for a 4-star stay in the heart of the city. Comfortable, convenient, and welcoming — I left feeling rested, happy, and already planning my next visit. If you’re coming to Alor Setar, this hotel will not disappoint. 💡 Tip: Request a higher floor for the best city views and bring earplugs if you’re a light sleeper — minor things, but your stay will be perfect!

We can see menara alor setar directly from our room.great hotel..my kids love their bathtub. Location is also very strategic.lots of dining options available nearby.

Everything was very good overall. The only area that could use some improvement is the cleanliness of the hotel.

We were very happy and comfortable throughout our stay there We just wanted to gently highlight one small thing — the air conditioner was very cold, which was good, but the sound was a bit loud (bunyi terlalu kuat). Other than that, everything was great. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and truly appreciate the excellent service.
