Stadthotel Alsfeld

The staff at reception and breakfast were very courteous and polite. Unfortunately, our room was forgotten by housekeeping! The fire doors are blocked with wedges and are therefore unusable in case of fire. I worked for a professional fire department for 38 years and know what I'm talking about. Nevertheless, on my next stay in Alsfeld, I will book a room again and simply remove the wedges myself, if the owner hasn't already done so. This is for the safety of his guests.

In unserem Zimmer waren große Spritzflecken an der Decke. Die sollte man mal überstreichen. Persona hab ich auch schon freundlicherxerlebt

The hotel is conveniently located for the city, our room was very large and had a fairly new bathroom. The service at reception was friendly (I don't understand what other guests are writing about). It's well-suited for sightseeing and excursions in the surrounding area. It's conveniently located near the motorway, yet you can't see or hear it.

Sehr laut, Rezeptionist konnte kein deutsch, Rezeption morgens zum Checkput nicht besetzt, ausschließlich Paketboten als andere Gäste, als Frau allein unsicher gefühlt

Ankunft war etwas holprig, da das Personal teilweise wohl nicht so gut deutsch kann und es zu Missverständnissen kam, konnte aber alles geklärt werden. Zimmer total in Ordnung, natürlich darf man keinen Luxus erwarten. Aber alles sehr sauber und Personal wirklich bemüht. Frühstück gut, uns wurde jeden Tag ungefragt Rührei an den Tisch gebracht. Lediglich die Brötchen machten nicht immer den frischesten Eindruck. Hotel bietet keinen eigenen Parkplatz, in der Straße gibt es aber einen Parkstreifen, wo immer was frei war.

Ist ein kleines und schönes Hotel von wo man zu Fuß gut überall hin kommt
