This location was nice however the rooms were small and needed some repair. Maid service left more to be desired. There was a nightclub at the location which was annoying but there was a nice pool.

I had a week stay but check out next morning my room had no light no pressure in the toilet and cockroaches horrible hotel wouldn’t recommend it to no one

I have stayed here many times over the last 12 months. They have been renovating it the entire time, each time that I’ve stayed there up until now they have already put me in a room that was already renovated. Not this time. Room was dated, from the 60s, Shower curtain rod was all jacked up falling down every time he closed the shower curtain. Requested it to be fixed, it was not.
Yeah, they want to charge you a $20 resort fee. That be entirely acceptable if I was in our resort room, and not a last resort.

For an Opal Resort/ Hotel, this place is really disappointing, I've never, been too or see an Opal so dirty and disgusting, we will never return again.

My first room had a softball size hole in the wall behind the toilet. They gave me a room a few doors down after I spoke to desk person but the lock on that room was broken and they couldn't get it to open so they then gave me a 3rd room in 15 minutes of arriving. The room seemed to be the nicer and cleaner of rooms so far but when I went to put my bag down I noticed the roaches coming out from behind the tv and mini fridge so I asked forca refund and found other accommodation elsewhere. The young lady at the front desk was very nice and as pleasant as you could ask for.

Took 40 minutes to check in because they gave away my room. Then they needed to contact ******* to find my reservation. When I finally got a room there was no remote for the TV and the shower/bath had no water. The only good thing was it had a bed and appeared to be bug free. I’m 64 and travel frequently and never encountered such poor conditions!

It's not a bad hotel I stay here every time I come down to Florida The young lady that checked me in last night was absolutely amazing and super friendly Good job to her she needs a raise too lol.
