Very quiet place, walking distance to the lake with shops and restaurants.
Bathrooms a bit dated and in need of some TLC.
Staff are ferry friendly and helpful.

Do not stay here
RED FLAG... HORRIBLE ROACHFEST HOTEL DIRTY ...DOGS RUNNING EVERYWHERE ...OUTSIDE LOOKED LIKE A JUNKYARD JUNKIES ALSO HANGING OUTSIDE the lady at the counter DESTINY was really nice that was about it

The staff was more than polite and helpful, they were all very nice. However, I informed them of a very big bug that was dead and it sat where it was for two days, gross!! Other than that, some of the guests were very inconsiderate of other people who were around. Being on their cell phones out in the hallway arguing. The hotel itself is very nice and so are the staff. I would come back here again

The Florida Project film site?
The property is tired. Scuffed paint and bits of debris almost everywhere you look. The carpet in my room had a white stain 4” wide (what causes that?) and the bathtub was chipped in several spots. Interior spaces smelled funky. Some younger guests live there semi-permanently. Located next to an interstate highway but without sound proof windows. Listening to truck horns and revving motorcycles all night.

Electronic receipt was for $20 less than I paid. "Because I used a third party to reserve-pre pay".
No microwave in room.
No breakfast. "We no longer do that"
Clean room but pillows like marshmallows and a few long hairs in tub. Only one chair in room.
Kitchen with big refrigerator and utensils were a plus.
