Bereits der Buchungsablauf über Tel. und eMail sehr freundlich und schnell. Bereits beim Einchecken und freundllchen Begrüßung an der Rezeption fühlte man sich angekommen. Das Zimmer, zur Flußseite gelegen, war hell, sehr ruhig und mit allem ausgestattet, was man als Gast braucht. Zimmerservice und Sauberkeit vorbildlich. Hervorzuheben ist die excellente Küche, die auch verwöhnten Gaumen gerecht wird, ebenso wie die verbindliche Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft von Rezeption und Service im Restaurant. Das Hotel ist eine Empfehlung,
