Extremely friendly and helpful staff claudia and katarina were excellent entertainment leaders Food was varied and of very good quality Evening entertainment was excellent Drinks were good Grounds were lovely

We booked all inclusive but had to eat out everyday as the food is so bad! I would not recommend staying here! It’s also a bit of a walk to the town

We stayed at this hotel for a week with my 3 children. I will start with the best part of this hotel and that is the staff, they we always happy and friendly to us, always happy to help when needed and they all work very hard to give you the best stay, thank you so much. Next was the hotel, beautiful and clean and easy to find your way around, the pools were a little cold however they were great for all size children and they had a lot of fun. The food was really good, a small buffet with lots of choice, we all agreed that breakfast was our favourite with pancakes, eggs, bacon beans etc we really did enjoy our meals. If I was to pick something that was not great I would say was the entertainment at night it was a person singing in the corner of the bar, me and my husband liked this but the kids just got bored and ended up in our room a lot in the evenings, also the cocktails were not great but being part of the all inclusive I understand they are a quick drink to make. Overall I would definitely stay again we had a fantastic holiday and we all came home shattered but happy 😁

Lovely grounds , nice clean rooms, cocktails and drinks were good, staff were pleasant, the hotel run a free shuttle bus to the beach daily 5 times a day which is great and definitely worth a look at , plenty of sunbeds we never struggled to get one ,now for the down side the food was limited, but we always found something to eat , but it was cold! every meal was cold , I’d read the reviews before I came and this seemed to be trend in comments , I used the microwave for every meal or I would not of eaten anything. In all hotel’s nice but food could do with improvement

The hotel was lovely and clean. Staff were friendly and helpful food ok not much variety every day but something for everyone. The entertainment wasn't great we went along to the Jolly and into the town. Would definitely go back

We thought food was fabulous, lots of choice. Drinks as you would expect . Evening entertainment not the best unless youre 70+ Rooms dated but absolutely fine. Have a room with pool view, much better than an abandoned hotel! Great pool area, no sunbed wars. 30 mins walk to Alvor old town, 40 to beach. 10 to nearest supermarket.
