hotel rooms was nice, premium breakfast was good but same thing everyday. wasn’t told about booking the speciality restaurant , no information given at checkin in regards to restaurant hours and what’s available after restaurants close. no information given about free jacuzzi and what premium includes. staff wasn’t helpful or bothered

Absolutely loved my stay at Tivoli Algarve!! All inclusive hotel with lots of food, drinks and snack options. The amenities were perfect if you wanted to use the gym, spa or sauna. If you just wanted to relax by the pool, you could get a drink from the bar and lounge either at the adults only or general pool. They had outdoor sports options, basketball, paddle ball or mini golf with a bar/snack bar close by.The property was quite large but quite accessible. You really didn’t need to leave the property for anything, unless you wanted to go to the city center, which they had a free shuttle to. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at Tivoli Algarve and would go back again!

Just Ok!! Far too long to wait for check in. We then had to wait again for far too long once the room was ready. Lots of ants in one of our rooms. Far too long to queue for drinks in the Shore bar. Not enough seating in the entertainment area for the amount of guests. Entertainment started too late - 21:30 is far too late for younger guests.

During my stay, I had a great time. The only thing I didn’t like was they didn’t have much food options during lunch only a barbecue and some snacks. I also didn’t like the difficulty of getting on and off the resort after 12 o’clock the parking was difficult as there is a Remote parking lot and sometimes the gate to enter and exit is locked. There was also this weird brown substance on the bathroom floor floors even after the cleaners would come once the floor got wet. This brown substance would come up from in between the tiles of the bathroom floor. Besides those issues, the staff was very nice and the hotel was clean. The drinks at the bar were really good and when we did get food outside of the barbecue lunch at the Italian restaurant, I enjoyed the food. I also like the fact that there were multiple pools and one was strictly for adults. The rooms were also nice and tidy and housekeeping was the best.
