Excellent customer service from all the staff. Free parking with plenty of parking spaces. Facilities were brilliant including a lovely spa experience. The breakfast was absolutely brilliant with a variety of good quality.

Beautiful hotel with amazing staff.
We only had one night here so didn't get to appreciate the surroundings and facilities.
Amazing staff at reception on arrival and at breakfast (such a wonderful lady who helped us with all our orders)
Lovely, clean, and fresh room.
**The only issue I have is the shower, its fine with the blind down and lights off but if you wasnt with a partner, it could be quite embarrassing

We had a lovely time at Longevity Health and Wellbeing. The staff were incredibly helpful however, when the Spa receptionist was asked if there was a lift, she abruptly said no, as Longevity is trying to encourage people to exercise. We totally understand this is the theme of the hotel but it felt as though those who are not as able or fit were not welcome. The breakfast was lovely, with lots of choice and lovely fresh ingredients. The rooms were also really well presented. Thanks to everyone at the main reception who always made us feel welcome. And the lady with the beautiful smile who greeted us in the breakfast area, thank you. Susan

The property is situated on top of a hill, offering a very nice view, which is definitely one of its highlights.
Unfortunately, the facilities don’t live up to expectations. While the building appears modern at first glance, it is noticeably run down. The walls are dirty, and the carpets are in terrible condition with unpleasant brown stains.
Our room was fairly clean, but it clearly needs refreshing. We noticed ripped pillows and requested replacements, but no one ever came to address it. The bathroom also left much to be desired, with dirty corners and some tiles that were not well maintained.
The swimming pool, located on the top floor, does offer a great view. However, it is quite small with very limited seating. During our stay, people occupied the few available spots for a long time, so I never had the chance to properly relax there. The gym is also very small and equipped with only the basics, which was disappointing for a hotel of this category.
Overall, the stay was okay but certainly not what you’d expect from a 5-star property. I would rate it more in the 2-3 star range, as there is a lot of work needed to bring it up to standard.

This was a gem! The hotel was quiet and beautifully simplistic. It was clean and there was an incredible spa. The food was healthy and homemade with a good variety. It was not your typical breakfast( best quality breakfast I’ve had in a long time) I would definitely go back❤️
