Pestana Alvor Beach Villas, Seaside Resort

Absolutely amazing experience with both the resort and the staff. Telmo Serra and the rest of the staff have been amazing at looking after us. We have been checked up on every day and have had our beds made in our villa every morning which really makes the experience that much better. Would highly recommend staying here.

We had a wonderful stay on the second floor of the village apartments. The terrace view was amazing and we took in all of the sights and sounds of the beach with the waves rolling in. The boardwalk is just outside the door. The apartment was perfect for my husband and I. The bed was better than ours at home. The grounds are kept very well with a number of pools. The staff were very good and helpful. We would definitely recommend this hotel!

Loved the hotel! A special thank you to Telmo Serra and Maria Boa-Vida for their kindness, professionalism, and excellent service. They made our stay even more enjoyable.

Overall I was very impressed with the Pestana hotel and villa. All of the staff were very helpful, professional and friendly. Lurdes in reception was particularly good. The only issue was in relation to the accessibility of the villa. It would be great if the property had a few portable ramps for guests to use to be able to navigate the steps outside and inside the villas.

Just back from Pestana Alvor Beach Villas. Our first visit, five golfers, couldn't have been better. Staff were welcoming, friendly and always helpful. The facilities were first class, the villas excellent fit for our needs. Alvors good restaurants in easy reach. We will be back.

Excellent villa with full working kitchen & private patio onto garden & access to the boardwalk and beach bars. Super comfortable beds with 5 star bedclothes onsite reception & 2 amazing seawater pools to choose from plus indoor heated pool. Breakfast in hotel out of this world with everything you could think of with omelettes cooked to order and even bottles of cava for breakfast.

The cleaning could be improved. It didn’t seem very carefully done.

This is the 2nd time we have stayed here and it was excellent. The staff are so helpful especially Lurdes who is the face of the resort and who makes sure you have everything you need. The location on the bay makes for wonderful sunsets and it’s only 15 minute walk to the town. We are already our return in October
