I stayed at this so-called “5-star resort” for 2 nights, and I can honestly say it doesn’t deserve even 1 star. This was by far one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a hotel/resort. The entire property is dirty, old, and completely unmaintained. The room’s AC didn’t work at all – it only blew hot air. The fridge was also broken. The room itself was dusty, the curtains and windows filthy, and the bathroom was unacceptable: black grime in the bathtub and sink, and a shower curtain full of mold. The entrance to the pool area was so dirty I felt sick just looking at it, let alone thinking of using it. I was traveling with my 2-year-old, and it was extremely stressful trying to stop her from touching anything because everything felt unhygienic. The outside areas were no better – dirty and neglected, especially the so-called “common bathrooms.” On top of that, each room door has a beeping system if it’s not closed properly. The room next to ours had a broken door, which meant we had to listen to a loud beeping sound nonstop throughout our entire stay. Imagine trying to sleep with that noise, plus no AC. We reported the problems to reception, and the staff’s response was shockingly dismissive – the lady at the desk just said “aa” as if she couldn’t care less. In conclusion, this resort is falsely advertised as 5-star. It is dirty beyond belief, the facilities don’t work, and the staff is indifferent. I would strongly recommend avoiding this place entirely.

The resort is very close to the airport so very convenient but it's badly maintained. Rooms are very badly lit with no ventilation at all. Food is not good at all. All waiters are from the North east who do not understand the language. Golf carts are very good with good and helpful drivers

I visited this place(BLEU BAR) on May 10th with my colleague and had a disappointing experience. I ordered my last drink around 10:30 PM, but the service was extremely poor. The staff seemed inattentive and rude to guests. When I ordered a beer as a takeaway at 10:48 PM, one of the staff members informed me that the bar closes at 10:30 PM and denied my request rudely. I reiterated my request for a takeaway, but the staff brought me the bill and asked me to leave, stating that they were closing the bar. What's more, they didn't even give a last call. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the service.

Not enough time got to enjoy all the facilities since this is our busiest schedule.will come another occassion to full utilize the facilities especially the pool.Not seen any tooth paste inside the room.Good ambience all around.The chicken served is little spicy.

Perfect Place to stay near Kochi Airport. Comfortable and well maintained rooms. Decent Breakfast options. With good ambience and lawn areas. Overall a nice experience. Preferable for both family and business class people travelling to Kochi.
