Residence Due Torri

We booked for our anniversary an used this apartment as a base which is situated high up on the Amalfi hill, not the hotel fault but wanted to make people aware it’s on a dangerous bend the apartment was equipped well however the other inconsiderate residents used the washing machine on the top floor at 4 am. We was based on floor 5 so could hear this none stop. I think people use here as a base the hotel is further down the road an apparently more modern. The restaurants are all in the hotel an nearly £50 for 2 ppl for breakfast is ridiculous priced but this was for a buffet of pasty yogurt an eggs served to your table how you like them. Just felt over priced. Also you can’t use the hotel pool even though it wasn’t at full capacity. They offer a shuttle service to & from the main town €5 each way and can be reached via what’s app service. Some of the staff where pleasant and friendly and some not. I got the impression you have to be a hotel guest to be treated well. As an apartment the bedding was changed once the towels once or pay £12 each day for clean ones even though they are paper thin. Maiori is a small older traditional town in my opinion close enough to catch the ferry to positano / Capri/ Amalfi etc but I wouldn’t return.

Bought as hotel appartment with own kitcen for 2 adults and 2 kids 11 and 13 years. No coffee machine No drying rack Electric kettle does not work Light in hood does not work Bed 2 miserable No bedside lamp and table at bed 2 No hooks not even in the shower 1 miniature tea towel for 1 week Towels as tea towels and only change against fee No cleaning Equipment in the kitchen under all criticism No basic foods, e.g. salt, pepper, oil No washing machine (there should be in fl. *********** Only chairs for 2 on the balcony Only double sheet and double blanket on beds - should be shared Key card did not work No bedside table by bed 2 Hood mega greasy and disgusting No extra waste bags Netflix does not work in the living room/kitchen Refrigerator hardly cools, but instead makes contents wet Pillows and duvet miserable No pot holders The only good thing to mention is the view. 861 euro for 7 nights, not exactly cheap.

Everyone at the hotel were so friendly, especially the staff at the restaurant. Very clean hotel with amazing views. Will definitely be back.

Bathroom sink leaks at the bottom. Hot water kettle doesn’t work. But the view is beautiful and staff are great

Awesome place to stay in Maiori, my family and I stayed there for a week and the experience we had was just amazing. Views from apartment are just marvelous, very spacious bedrooms and bathrooms, apartment was well maintained and clean with all the amenities. Highly recommended!! Sofia,Silvia and Server.

Ants everywhere. Black mold in bathroom. Have to pay if you want additional towels or have the room serviced. Amazing views. Staff very friendly. The shuttle into town was very helpful. Maiori is older so it was nice to be out of the town.

Beautiful location at the other end of the Amalfi Coast. We stayed in the residence not the hotel, but it was a large room over looking the coastline and below was the winding road. The town of Mairoi was so nice, with some great restaurants and good coffee and of course the Best Lemoncello 👌

We stayed in the residence for 3 nights and we had a fantastic time. We were given a corner room with 2 balconies one overlooking the ocean and the the other overbooking the mountain side and the beach. It was beyond amazing. We could have not asked for more. The guy at the reception were very helpful. It’s a little hike to the town and the port but the scenery is beautiful. We didn’t mind the walk at all. Bus takes you up to sorrento and salerno the other side. If you are planning to head out early make sure you buy your bus ticket a day before as shops who sells ticket don’t open until 9am ish. You cannot buy the bus ticket in the bus so you have to purchase it a day before. If you are planning to use bus often it’s cheaper to buy a day pass or 2 -3 day passes. We had a great time and we love our room with 2 balconies. We definitely would go back again in the future
