A very perfect accommodation experience, with roosters crowing in the morning and geckos chirping at night, it is very primitive (in a positive sense). Since there are only 31 rooms, the privacy of the guests will be well protected. All the staff will remember which room you are staying in and greet each other very friendly every time they meet on the road. The room is cleaned 3-4 times a day. As long as you go out and come back, you will find that the room has been cleaned and the clothes are neatly folded and put aside. Whenever you go out, even if you go across the road, they will arrange a car to pick you up. It is a very cost-effective Aman.

This is a romantic hotel. Thanks to every staff member for their service and help.
The welcome gift for the first stay, the warm service introduced every restaurant, every room detail, and thanks to the chef of the Italian restaurant for the candlelight dinner. You made me have an unforgettable trip to Bali.

Amman, the first choice in the future

1. Lot: There is a 3-5 minute distance from the beach. The hotel can send a car to the hotel's exclusive beach club at any time. Very convenient, when I arrived at the club, some staff took ice water and ice towels to the tanning pavilion where the beach towels were laid, as well as mosquito repellent and sunscreen. The hotel is in the mountains, the scenery is very good, in the lobby and restaurant can view the scenery under the mountain.  2, design: Australian designers 25 years ago, today's works are still so elegant, temperament!  3, facilities: the pool is large, there is an all-day restaurant, a good library. I can’t see it completely 25 years ago, and it’s managed quite well!  4, service: Amman, these two words explain everything, no more multilingual!  5, value-added: I don't know the relationship between spring break, one day free charter service, and free shuttle service, solve many problems, very good value-added service experience!  After staying for 3 days and 2 nights, it is regrettable that the driver who sent the plane on the last day learned that the landlord will be closed at the end of February 2018 because the landlord will not renew his contract. Very sad! But also very fortunate, AMANNUSA was chosen in the last hotel in Bali. Forever Amman! I hope that 150 employees in the hotel will be well!

Very good hotel, great location, suitable for trendy people, good hotel service, warm, unbeatable scenery, full of joy. Desserts are super delicious, and there is a bakery on the first floor, which is not expensive at all, and there are many breakfast options. I also like the welcome gift. Perfect 😍

I rarely give all five stars but Aman Tokyo definitely deserves it, I told携程 it was my girlfriends birthday and they prepared a cake and wrote a note for us, it was amazing service all around, I was kinda expecting a normal view and a regular five star hotel room for a way more expansive price, but Aman Tokyo definitely went way above my expectations, the view is simply ten times better than it is online, it was a bit hard to find the entry if you walk but over fantastic experience, however the breakfast I recommend Japanese style over America style, America style is not as good.

Always wanted to experience Aman Beijing, finally booked a one night stay.  

Upon arrival, Jason at the front desk was very helpful and patient in explaining various items and was pleasantly surprised to hear my room had been upgraded.  

The property and the room are just like the photos but actually physically being there and seeing all the details of the architecture, courtyards, and surrounding nature and birds is like being transported back in time to another era.  In this sense, Aman Beijing accomplishes what no other modern five-star luxury hotel can come close to achieving - making one feel a certain emotion or feeling that they've never felt, or perhaps only experienced in their dreams.  

Everything from the furniture to the layout to the art to the lighting is so tastefully executed and done, the courtyards and grounds are kept immaculate (saw people sweeping away leaves), they even have the older style bicycles available to ride there.

Ate at the Chinese restaurant twice, the environment and lighting is so nice, their dumplings are excellent and also really enjoyed some of their soups and vegetable offerings, very delicious.  

Unfortunately, I was quite sick that day and also had injured my knee the day before.  One of the staff at the front desk noticed my limp and asked if I was okay.  I told her I was fine, just a little sprain.  She went to the back and brought out a traditional Chinese 'Ban Lan Gen' pain relief spray can which she kindly gave to me, saying I could use it and take it with me, very touched.  I think it is moments like these which one will remember many years later.    

All the staff I met there were very kind, during lunch was fortunate enough to meet Ivy, the F&B Manager who was very warm and hospitable.  Then during dinner, after I saw down, a restaurant staff asked if I would like an ice pack for my leg, I asked her if she thought it would help and she replied, ”Yes.”  They proceeded to bring out a huge ice pack that was able to wrap around my entire knee, providing instant relief.  Finally, when it was time to leave, the very lovely and kind Lucy asked if I would like more ice packs to be sent to my room so I could ice my knee before retiring for the night.  

Even though I was not feeling well, it was an unforgettable experience due in large part to the kind and wonderful staff there.
