Receptionist was not helpful, had rotten teeth and dirty hair. Entrance to my floor didn’t work with card. Dirty Carpet, must smell in room. Bad location. Would never stay here again

Room smelt like pee and was super dirty and the room was 110. Rooms from the pics are completely different than in person. The pics of the rooms look great and in person it is disgusting.

When I first arrived , I requested a non smoking room. The receptionist put me in a heavily heavily smoking room.

Property was a little run down, small shower that you had to bend down for it to work, and room had a musty smell. We ended up checking out a day early due to conditions. Hotel offered refund for that day and staff was friendly and helpful.

This was the first time that I have ever left a hotel without staying there. I checked in at 10pm. There were several homeless people walking around, which is to be expected. My daughter and I were bringing in our luggage and the smell was overwhelming. The hieless were ciming in with their shopping carts. We turned and left.
