The hotel and location are nice. The service at the restaurant is terrible: very slow, very amateur, always needing to ask for the same things 2 or 3 times; the service takes forever, almost two hours dinner, with waiting periods over 45 minutes between courses. Very bad. Room was very clean and cozy.

Hotel very well located, with privileged views of Alqueva and Castle de Mourão.
The room was very comfortable and was very clean.
Very pleasant outdoor space with children's and adult swimming pools. 
The pool bar and restaurant with good options and suitable prices.
I emphasise the sympathy of the staff, always available. 

Very nice, comfortable and clean facilities and super friendly staff
