Average hotel. Good location - walkable to street vendors and Jal Mahal (water palace). Not very clean - the pillows did not smell like they had been washed in awhile. “Welcome drink” was a juice box, and welcome custom felt forced and hokey.

As a foreigner I felt safe and comfortable in this hotel. The staff were very friendly. The included breakfast was very good. Be prepared for a warm Rajasthani welcome when you get there. Hot water and good door locks.

It is a decent budget hotel in close proximity to Jal Mahal on Amer road leading to Amer fort and Nahager fort (2.5km). Also Hawa Mahal, City Palace and Jantar ***ter are 4.5km away. Room are of decent size and clean. Staff is courteous and helpful. Housekeeping, cleanliness and service is good. Food is tasty and reasonably priced. Buffet breakfast and dinner has OK options. We stayed with family for 2-Nights (25-27 Nov), overall experience was good.

The rooms is very clean and little big , and bedsheets of bed and curtens every daily change, food of they serving very tasty and helthy, the bhevior of hotel staff very humble and polite, all in all sarvice is good

One of the worst property in Jaipur. General ***ager is so rude and arrogant. Service is very pathetic don't ever think of this property food and beverage service is pathetic staff being arrogant and rude.

Worst hotel ever... Broken taps , broken tv , no recharge, no water , no room service... They are just there to trick you out of your wallet. Though, you definitely will get complementary dengue and plague (mosquitos and rats)... A/c didn't feel like cooler even. Check other options.... please 🥺

Hotel is a good and clean. Staff was so well trained. Food was very tasty. Hotel room was very clean and wash room also. Hotel have good parking. Near to jal mahal and Amer fort. Also pinck city is very near from hotel. Thanks to team Amer Valle team.
