Excellent country

Seems like management gave up on this property. 1. you call the front desk at 0, no one picks up. 2. I had to go down to reset my room access card, they said the door battery is dead.... I said to them that not not an excuse. 3.. load music until 4 am... Like hotel night club 4. To access they had to send someone from maintenance with a master key to open my room door every time...3 days at this property the same issue still exists. It was frustrating. I tried to share my frustration with the front desk... Management nowhere to be found... I recommend if management becomes truly invested in this hotel.

Nice Service

Friendly staff, significant work out room and pools. Night club next door or beneath was thumping til dawn. You can decide if you want music heard through the night.

I recently stayed days inn hotel in Amman, and overall, it was a wonderful experience. The location was very convenient — close to many attractions, shopping areas, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile.

will never go back there, i rent a car from them, they hold $300JD until i return the car , it`s been sixty days no refund, i been calling every day , they told me tomorrow or after two days, for sixty days and no refund, even the hotel is good, but the rental part of them, the owner should kick this rental company out, they will lose a lot of cusomers, i go two times a year will never go back there

The hotel is ordinary and convenient, some of the staff were friendly and some were barely just okay, the free parking availability was one of the major pros, the location was fine relatively as I had a rented car, the room was fine, and the sleep quality was good.

This hotel I always think about it it's old , but trust me it's gold with the great staff , I went to wedding event there , the food was excellent, the service was perfect, I met one of the staff name Rami mayyta , he is super staff , very very friendly and very helpful, I really enjoy the night when he was there , Rami very help everyone and make the event sussed,hope to be in better place in this hotel , in general I can review the hotel as a very very good with the food and service and will visit again .

Foyer of hotel lovely and staff were super helpful, couldn’t have been better . Rooms however below par- tired and ours was dirty with hair in bathroom . No hair Dreyer . Pool had not been cleaned in a while . Breakfast disappointing . On a plus note bar staff friendly and super lovely .
