The hotel is located 600 meters from the Jett bus stop (which is why I chose it). Everything would be fine, but in January, there's no hot water in the shower, or you start with warm water and end up with cold water. And this happens for two days in a row. This is unacceptable for January. Not the best option.

The soundproofing is very poor, the room is different from what was booked, and the sanitary conditions are average. I confirmed with a local that it is not worth the price.

The hotel provided exceptionally friendly and unexpected service, allowing for a comfortable stay and smooth travel to our next destination. If you plan to use the JETT bus, this is the best hotel.

It's about a 10 minute walk to the JETT bus terminal. Recommended as a place to stay before or after sightseeing in Petra. It's a little far from the downtown area.

位置優越，不是在舊城區而是新城區這點很不錯👍再加上走一下下就有很多地方可以買吃的喝的，很方便，房間有客廳，兩人住非常夠，cp值高，絕對值得推薦👍

A very comfortable stay. Clean rooms. Excellent staff. The best location. Excellent prices. Nothing negative to indicate. The location is next to the bus terminal and other transportation hubs in Amman to tourist attractions like Petra... etc

Spaciious rooms with good AC. Shops and dining is a brisk walk away but definately possible. No breakfast, but there are options not that far away.

There is definatelyy room for improvement but the staff go out of their way to make your stay as good as possible so it was an overal positive experience The quality of the breakfast was below par however, I felt very much restricted to the freshly made omelettes.
