Swaran Hotel

Had a very bad experience staying in hotel swaran. Ohh sorry it's not a hotel it's guest house and that too very dirty. Please don't go by the picture submitted online they are all fake. Actual condition of rooms are very filthy and don't have any type of ventilation. Washroom are very small and dirty. Unexpected thing was toilet was having a small passage which was common with the adjoining room which was very uncomfortable for the female companion to use the washroom. You could hear and know all the activities done in the adjoining room washroom. Being having a room there was not a single point of having privacy and security. While booking it has mentioned many things but all are fake I had to cancel the booking due to the above reasons the the owner charged one day extra tarriff which he demanded very rudely. Just for all other travellers, just beware before booking into this guest house.

Fraud, cheat and poor inhuman owner. Very unsafe and fraud owner band his staffs. Staffs denied duty of helping and carrying out bags as I was carrying my 15 months old baby and my parent were not able to do that while checking out hotel. May be hotel staff did this intentionally on the words of his owner. They cheated us on overally priced cab, fraud VIP passes for Baghah border and we were no even allowed to enter on that. There fraud tactics is that they book passes on some unknown person name. We faced alot of trouble while reaching border and told security personnel our pass number but they denied that it's booked on some other id. They asked us to bring that person, we were completely helpless because no phone network work there. Please be aware of Sunny's tactics of fooling you. If they book VIP passes for you please assure it's on you name and id else you are gone. As per Sunny's commitment he suppose to refund 100% full money but I assure you he will never do that if something bad happen. Also he has no humanity whether you're traveling with infant and senior parents. He cheated us badly and never try to be in his trap. He even didn't return my money, please make sure to not book his property if you've other options. There are plenty plenty of properties nearby by Golden Temple which are easily available. All the reviews and comments for his hotel, he always try to manipulate and forced you to give in his presence before his services
