We just had most good times here at sawera grand the staff is very friendly rooms are speacious and had all the amenities location is near Golden temple and all local market we had very good time here food was very tasty had wonderful experience

Nice hotel , property is very nice built Nice architecture rooms are cozy Restaurant is good we had breakfast and lunch there buffet is very nice and have choices Staff was very friendly and helped us in finding places in local market I will recommend to everyone and will come back soon here

I was on business trip in amritsar and had few work near there hotel and hospitality is so great staff is friendly Rooms are nice Hotel is built very good buffet breakfast was also nice amenities and coffee maker in room was good reception staff mr Param was very friendly he guided me very well and help in me local shopping

Stay was very good everything was very perfect staff was very friendly .and rooms are good breakfast was okay We had dinner in restaurant buffet was good Checkin and checkout is very fast We have gone to wagha border with there hotel taxi only that was very well trained driver and clean car I will definitely recommend to everyone

nice stay it was. staff is very good i actually feel that we were living in 5 star property even Taj can't give us like this hospitality and rooms are nice and cost they provide us complimentry food for our baby also very kind nature of every staff breakfast was good it is very near to golden temple and local market in old Town of Amritsar

Excellent stay it was we were with our family and we wanted to visit golden temple And this hotel was very near walking distance And near by market was there Buffet breakfast was so good so ***y options And we had dinner also In our room that was very tasty proper punjabi taste Definitely recommend to everyone coming to Amritsar visit here Very good staff and properly

Excellent service provided by sawera grand hotel we had best experience there . Rooms are very cozy and clean hotel as very good interior Breakfast was good like Amritsar kulcha and poori Overall service is very good Dinner food was next level Staff is very well trained and courteous special mention mr Navdeep very friendly and helped in everything for local market I would personally recommend to everyone coming to golden temple come here

What a dive! The hotel were aware that we would be arriving in the early hours of the morning, however it took our driver at least 10 minutes before we were let in. We were met by the most obnoxious person you could wish to meet who slapped the room keys down on the desk. When went to the room all we wanted to do was get some sleep only to find the sheets were as grey as the foggy sky. We were woken by a phone call, rudely being told we had missed breakfast. We decided to make ourselves some coffee, well we would have done if the kettles worked! Have a shower we thought, no luck there either as however hard we tried we were unable to get any hot water, as it was if we had of ***aged a shower the towels were at least 10 years old and as grey as the bedding! We attempted to get on the internet, guess what? no Wi-fi code. We went to complain at the reception desk only to be met by the same obnoxious ***, who shouted at us saying we should have told him our problems on arrival. Strangely we didn't want coffee or a shower in the middle of the night! Even though the hotel is in an excellent position for the Golden Temple, both us and our agent decided The Hotel Sawera Grand wasn't a safe place for us to stay and we moved on to a Hotel where we received the welcome we have come to expect in India.

Hotel is located near golden temple and local market Checkin was very fast staff is very friendly and sweet Rooms were cozy and comfortable all amenities were there like coffee and tea maker .everything was perfect there complimentary breakfast was very good . And room service was very fast ,food was very tasty . I will definitely recommend to everyone for golden temple visit and explore local markets
