No payment by card, no printed receipt. I booked a room with view and got a room with no windows. Had to complain multiple time, each day the reception told me they will change the room next day. Finally I got a room with a window on my last night. The building is noisy, you can hear everything from your room. Half was under construction/renovation and the stairs were all dusty. Only one bottle of water was provided. The room was never cleaned. I don't recommend staying there.

It was very near to the Golden Temple.. Best location.. The hotel staffs are very cordial and helpful. Rooms are clean and well maintained. There is no balcony in the hotel. Area is congested and you will face problem for car parking here.

Our stay at Heaven View was comfortable. We were checked in early and the staff was very helpful with with all our questions. They assisted us with getting rickshaws, tickets , storing our luggage and made our stay very comfortable and our trip to Amritsar memorable. The hotel is a short walk to the golden temple. Highly recommend Heaven View!

Awesome location, just 2 min walking distance from Golden Temple. The food is also very good but my guess is they bring the food from outside and not from the hotel kitchen. Service was also average. Room sizes are average. If you have a big car like Traveler then you will face a lot of challenges to go the hotel. Faced a lot of challenges in locating the hotel on the first day. No big complaint but the location is both a plus and minus point for this hotel. Difficult to reach but very easy access to the golden temple.

A great little hotel for the Golden Temple, literally a 7 minute walk to the main entrance, however if you go the other direction it's about 4 minutes to another entrance which is far less busier and easier to hand and get back your shoes. The hotel room is small but adequate, bathroom very basic and only warm water for shower! Did supply me with a fan heater as it was cold during my stay in Amritsar, however charged 300r per day for it which I thought was taking advantage afterall they don't charge more for AC in the room! Let me store my luggage on day of departure.
