As an Amsterdam resident and a photographer, I can surely say that it's the best neighbourhood to stay in as it's in Museumplein, next to all the museums you'd wish to visit. Moreover, it's very close to the most picturesque canals and the bridge called Museumbrug. The room and the facilities were just perfect. I stayed in a two-floor suite which had a big sofa, bathroom and working table on the first floor with a cosy interior and a queen-sized bed and a bathtub on the upper floor. It feels so special to open the curtains from the buttons next to your bed and get the first light of the day. The hotel team thought up every little detail in the room that makes your stay very luxurious and unique. I also received a relaxing massage treatment in Akasha SPA where they have all the facilities like a gym, yoga studio, pool, jacuzzi, hammam and massage rooms. To sum up, it was a wonderful stay arranged by Emily Sang from Conservatorium Hotel's marketing team. If you visit Amsterdam and want a luxury treatment, do not miss out on the Conservatorium Hotel, you'll not regret it!

Great service from all the staff specially from Alina and Juan from concierge. Very kind and helpful every time with us, they help us in all we need during our staying!!! The hotel very clean and confortable!!!! A great hotel in a great city!!

I travelled through work to assess and review the hotel and it is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. From check in to check out the staff are flawless and couldn’t do enough for you. The rooms are unique and spacious with incredible bathrooms and comfortable beds. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for luxury whilst visiting Amsterdam.

One of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed at! From the second we walked in, we already felt right at home. Richard at the front desk was so friendly and accommodating in every way! He helped us make adjustments to our room and was swift, friendly and beyond nice! Sve, our concierge on the first day was the nicest, and sweetest person! So professional, and made great suggestions for our excursions in Amsterdam! Although we only spent a short while together, Sve made us feel like family and very special! He went out of his way to treat us like VIPs! Mark, our concierge on the second day was also super helpful and friendly! He helped us make changes to our plans, made great recommendations, and every time he saw us, he opened doors for us and greeted us by name. Also made us feel like family! Mark even walked my 87 year old mother in law to the Van Gogh museum just to make sure she didn’t get lost! Now that is white glove service! Everyone at the hotel was beyond friendly, service was amazing and really, one of the best experiences our family has had in Europe! Behind the front desk, you were always greeted with a smile. Concierge desk, the same and everyone was ready to offer suggestions. Etan was a gem for helping us secure entry to the Van Gogh museum even though it was sold out. We can’t wait to come back and spend more time at this world class hotel with world class people and service!

Just had a fantastic week at the Conservatorium with my wife and daughter. Cannot recommend highly enough. The location is superb, near major museums, shopping, restaurants. The building itself is simultaneously historic and modern with a spectacular lobby atrium. Courtyard makes Uber pickups and drop offs pleasant and dry (enormous covered area). Gym is among the best hotel gyms you’ll find. (No Peloton 🙁)The (upgraded) room was unusual - extremely modern with a loft (steep stairs may not suit everyone) with a large full bath, couch/single bed downstairs and king bed upstairs and a compact (but totally fine) full bath upstairs. Huge window, pleasant view, electronically-controlled highly effective curtains. Linens top notch. Bed extremely comfortable. Very quiet. Breakfast was delicious with a beautiful buffet. Dinner in the Mediterranean hotel restaurant was ok. All staff were completely fantastic. All requests were handled expertly and expeditiously. Concierges (shoutout to Mark, Marcus and Etan) were available, helpful and efficient. Cannot wait to return.

The room was great, service was great, so clean, location was nice close enough to where you wanna be but far enough from the crazy. Sve was amazing and so sweet as well as all the other people :) I would love to come back here, just wish the spa was open that would have made it 12/10
