Located right in the center of Amsterdam, close to all places of interest within a 20 minute walk. Excellent hotel quality/price!

The room was dirty and mouse infested, bathroom and sleeping area unfinished and mattress and pillow severely stained. There was never a room cleaning and there was mouse feces located in various areas of the room and despite notifying the staff, only given excuses as to why there were rodents, never offered to move rooms. Mouse caught in glue trap outside of room in radiator and had to endure a night of speaking as the rodent was dying and then left to decay, with odor coming from radiator. Was the worst experience. Bathroom toilet not always operational and water leaked from the back of the tank.

I’ve visited over 40 countries and stayed in plenty of hostels and bad hotels. This one pretty up there with bad hotels. How you located in a cold country and there’s no heater? Horrible! The bed cover isn’t big enough for two people, the room does not have enough space for two people to maneuver around and is always super cold. The WiFi is so slow that I turned off wifi and just used my signal from my phone provider from back home. I even shared personal hotspot with my girl because the wifi just wouldn’t work therefore she could not send emails nor get on meetings.

I love the fact that the hotel was an authentic feel of what I felt Amsterdam to be. The canal houses were the look of Amsterdam, the lobby, the street, the location was near every place I wanted to experience. The hotel staff gave me fresh towels during my stay, without having to ask for them.
I wasn't too crazy about the shower and no outlets to charge my devices, the all in all, it was very romantic and I felt like a true artist during my stay. Would stay here again if I make it back to Amsterdam, I would like to thank the hotel staff for a memorable stay, thank you.

I was just unlucky to have a tiny room with this super warm weather in Amsterdam 80 to 90 plus farenheit and no Ac . Made it difficult to sleep. The place is always clean and the staff is amazing. That makes me forget about any AC issues

I was given a room at the top of their building which I didn't mind but the room was so full of mold I had keep the bathroom fan/light running entire time I spent in the room or within 15 minutes I was choking on the mold particles. Very nice people who own the hotel but that certainly didn't improve the condition of my room.
