It is a nice cosy hotel. We got ourselves a triple room but the shower room has a pee odour when we arrived. Location is great very near to train station and shopping street.

The staff were very friendly and allowed us to check in early and also stored our luggage in a safe area after check out. The buffet continental breakfast was fresh and plenty to chose from.

Staff are friendly and welcoming. Only negative is the ultra soft mattresses. It was like a soft sponge. Rooms aren't huge but good enough to get back from a long day out to relax. Breakfast was basic but adequate.

Friendly staff, nice rooms, okay location. Nice bar beside but is loud during the night. Cleaners are good but didn’t change our bedding during our 4 night stay. Nice hotel.

There was condensation running down the back wall making the beds wet and mould growing behind the beds, which was a shame as everything else was excellent. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for you, the room was clean and it’s well located by central station. The only thing that made the wet wall worst was when we reported it to reception in check out they were aware of it and said someone was coming today to have a look at it.

It was a decent location but a bit far from the tram/subway. The room was quite small but clean. There were some good restaurants fairly close. There was air conditioning which worked well as it was a bit noisy when the window was open.
