Hotel Not Hotel Amsterdam

They let me drop of storage in between travel time which was nice. I found the Dutch staff much better service than the foreigner staff. Shared shower room which wasn’t the nicest though was good enough..

It met all my expectations; it’s a clean, boutique, and modern hotel. Also, the staff are truly very friendly and kind.

My room is not en-suite. this is a bit inconvenient. The design is good. Cannot guess where the rooms are because of the interior design. Very fascinating.

The design is the best I have seen so far, I am a budget traveler and I come here with my friend. Even though the room is really small and no window (it's so small that I cannot count it as one, even it cannot be opened) we had pleasant stay there. In my opinion up til three nights are enough, more than that I cannot really recommend. My friend and me are small sized person maybe for taller people it might feel like beautiful prison there. I meant it, BEAUTIFUL! One thing to work on: the air circulation, there's only one van. We need to open the door before we sleep or when we wake up and get ready. Other than that the staffs are really helpful!! And the bed is super clean, bed bugs free YAY.

Well, the room I booked was completely different from the one we got. They said it was due to a small renovation, but honestly… I’m used to the amenities and hospitality standards in Japan, so overall it felt lacking. I’m not really enjoying the stay as much as I expected. I guess my expectations were too high 🤷🏻♀️ — lesson learned.

The hotel was generally clean, and the staff were friendly and welcoming throughout my stay. However, the room looked more spacious in the photos than it actually was, so there was a slight mismatch between the online images and reality. The room felt a bit small, especially if you’re traveling with luggage. Overall, it was a decent stay thanks to the cleanliness and helpful service, but I think the photos could better reflect the actual room size.
