The worst experience in NL. Found bed bug bites from the stay in this hotel. After returning home I visited hospital two times to treat the bites, but hotel rejected refund of the worst stay in Europe and even rejected the hospital/medicine cost.
Highly recommand not to select this hotel even during the exhibition period. Just spent 600 Eur for two ninghtmare in extremely small room.

Worst experience ever. Requested cleaning service for many times, but nobody came. And they are charging me near €300 per night. Room is extremely small. No service at all. Totally not worth it. Worst hotel ever.

Staff is nice, who recommended a few places for me to visit since it was my first time in the city. The hotel is clean and very centrally located, just right next to the Rijksmuseum. However, the hotel failed to mention it is right next door to a construction site that happens to start work at 8am and right by the road. I was given a room on the first floor and my quality of sleep… 📉📉📉

We stayed here at the end of June and it was amazing. The rooms were spotless, staff really friendly and the hotel is in a great location! 100% would come back and will be recommending to friends 👌🏼
