Wow what a place!
This is a wonderful hotel with the most amazing staff. You are met by the most welcoming and helpful staff. Ensure you use the free taxi service to get around which was an amazing addition to the trip and made life easy.
The room was gorgeous with incredible views of the island. We were upgraded to a too. With a hot tub which was incredible!
All the staff were always gathered for any request and couldn’t do enough for you. They were kind and attentive and gave some great suggestions when it came to visiting the island and dining.
The box of toiletries you’re given on arrival is perfect for any ladies travelling as you don’t need to think about a thing.
This is highly recommended and we would definitely go back

Very good hotel highly recommended
Especially the sea view room, when you wake up every morning, you feel like you are in a postcard from Capri.
The hotel can arrange pick-up from Naples and ferry to the hotel. One-stop service is very friendly to tourists.
There are also free shuttle buses to and from the city on weekdays.

Amazing experience beginning to end. I won’t name names, but the next hotel we traveled to (5 star) in Sorrento did not hold a candle to our experience here. Gaby and everyone at Excelsior Parco made it an amazing experience. It’s slightly away from town, but in the best way. It’s quiet and not so touristy, but still close enough to everything to get the full experience. Plus, they take you anywhere you need to go, and even work with you if it’s “off hours”. They were proactive in making sure we were picked up from the ferry—being extremely helpful even before checking in. Immediately as we sat down after checking in, Gaby gave us recommendations all throughout the island. We are big foodies and everything was perfect. The room itself was amazing - so unique and dainty and lovely. The pool was the perfect temperature and the drinks were to die for. Highly recommend! You will not regret it!

It was an incredible experience, the hotel absolutely perfect, and the people imposible better. People very nice, always helping you on everything, my wife and I were very happy. We are going to como back some day. The breakfast, the room, the views were amazing. Even the jacuzzi looking the sea,

The staff could not be more helpful. Anything we needed that accommodated us. Breakfast was wonderful and I have never seen so many options. I recommend staying here if you are going to Capri.you must try their fresh orange Lemon and carrot juice.

The view from this hotel was so amazing, the restaurant was amazing and it was a short walk down to the Mediterranean Sea. We would highly recommend this place to anyone! Capri was so magical. The view out the balcony was simply breathtaking.

We had the loveliest stay at Luxury Villa Excelsior Parco. Our room had great natural lighting, was very clean, and the bed was super comfortable. A few more highlights of our stay were the complimentary transportation to both the city center and the port, which added great convenience; the delicious and healthy breakfast; and the beautiful garden. Our favorite part of our stay is the top-notch customer service! Everyone is exceptionally attentive and friendly, especially Gaia and Buddika. You guys are awesome! We highly recommend this hotel for its impeccable service and thoughtful amenities. Thanks for making our vacation in Capri the best experience.

I’ve traveled all over the world and stayed many places but I’ve never been treated better than during my recent stay at Excelsior Parco. Their hospitality and service was over the top. They take enormous pride in their beautiful property and are so gracious and helpful about everything. It was truly a magical experience staying there for my 60th Birthday. Thank you to the best staff with the best service ever!!

Excelsior Parco is a magical place. The staff is extremely attentive and helpful. The room was beautiful and we had an incredible view. Loved sitting on our balcony. Breakfast was amazing and always so fresh. We enjoyed dinner at the hotel two nights and the pasta was superb. Loved the torte caprese for dessert. Highly recommend Excelsior Parco.
