Wonderful stay in a beautiful suite! This was the second time we stayed, we enjoyed it so much that we returned! The staff, the food and the spa services were exceptional. Would definitely return. Many thanks to Anito for the amazing and friendly service! It was a joy to eat in the dining room every day! Also Linda is an incredible massage therapist, so professional and talented.

The whole place could do with a deep clean, the lift smells dusty and damp. Staff are helpful enough, and efficient But i would not wish to return. Breakfast could be so much better, with fresh fruit more choice.

Awesome relaxing stay! We liked this hotel and staff so much that we rearranged our plans and returned for another week! The food was wonderful, we enjoyed the daily brunch options, the delicious coffee and often returned to dine for dinner.

The hotel is located in the center of Fiuggi, the structure is not bad the room very good, even if during the night there was an annoying non-constant "Clink" coming from the roof being the top floor, a sore point was the management of the first dinner, as soon as I booked I informed that a person was Vegetarina, a week before I reminded the management that a person was a Vegetarian so to provide the menu let's say it was up to us to take precautions. Arrived for dinner they propose a menu obviously with a Matriciana and a Roast therefore not Vegetarian, pointed out the thing they offer us vegetarian dishes as first and second. The surprise at check out, the second fish chosen was made to pay as an option ..... mah!

Abbiamo trascorso un fine settimana al Touring Wellness di Fiuggi, regalo di ns figlia, e devo dire che qst Hotel meriterebbe almeno 1 stella in più e per tantissimi motivi! Al centro di Fiuggi in un palazzo storico, denso di fascino di altri tempi, si inizia da Alessandro disponibile e cordiale al desk passando al raffinato e cortese Anito che ci ha accompagnato e coccolato durante la cena nel ristorante dell’hotel, altro punto di forza della struttura con un giovane chef che coniuga tradizione, innovazione e territorio in modo esemplare e che piatti ragazzi…buonissimi!! Infine Patrizia della SPA carina e molto gentile che ci ha accolta nel percorso benessere con professionalità ed attenzione con a disposizione la Spa per noi, insomma che dire …un vero fine settimana in piacevole relax in un albergo che è stato una bellissima e piacevolissima scoperta. Ritorneremo sicuramente,grazie di tutto😃 Anna Maria e Ermanno
