La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Anaheim

The security guard was very rude! He was hassling us as we were loading our car with our belongings. We had a long trip ahead of us so we had to organize our stuff in the car, which would have taken us about 20 mins AT THE MOST. With him constantly harassing us about taking too much time and us having to stop what we’re doing to speak with him it ended up taking us an hour to do the task. We also were traveling with my emotional support animal whom just had babies (2 kittens) and so they were in the car in a cage and he even started yelling while my husband was cleaning out the litter box which terrified our pets!! It’s crazy how unprofessional this man was. On the other hand, the room itself was nice! I loved the layout, how there is a sliding door that separates the front half which is the bed, tv, and bathroom area. And then the back half has a sofa ( that can be pulled out into a bed) and a sofa chair, coffee table, and two end tables, the windows which do open, and an additional tv. It’s perfect for my husband whim likes to watch tv all night while I’m sleeping in the bed in the other area. They also have a great breakfast with a waffle maker!! So besides the security guard in the parking structure I had a great experience at this hotel.

Never afain at La Quinta This property has some of the rudest staff I have ever seen. When I checked in I had reserved a king suite, the kid vehind the desk face me the dumpiest room available and made sure to knock that I reserved through a third party and not directly with them. Then I asked why they chage a parking fee when they kniw guests will be bringing vehicles. He said straight up to make more money! Then I had to call daily for room service and when they came they would only keave one wash cloth and took a pillow away from the room. Had to constanly go to the deak 3ach day and ask for wash clothes and pillows. When I asjed about extending my stay I was told that I would have to check out and then check back into another king suite, mind you I was already in a king suite, because the room I was in had been booked. Made zero sense and the front desk lady ended up hanging up on me. This is the last time I will ever stay at this property.

The suite was nice with 2 very comfortable king beds and living room with second tv fridge and microwave, not to mention pull out bed, very spacious! We will be returning for a future stay.

Easy walk- close to Disneyland Park. Spacious rooms and affordable.

Would not stay again Rooms were average. Walls are paper thin; you can hear everyone walking and talking in the halls and rooms next to you. A/C barely worked and room was uncomfortably warm. Not a comfortable stay.

Go somewhere else The room was spacious,bathroom was tiny ,the hotel itself felt dirty and dated,tv didn’t work,WiFi didn’t work,pillows left us feeling miserable for our adventures in Disneyland,staff were not very welcoming. Spending close to $1,000 for this stay I was hoping for a comfortable experience I got the exact opposite
