First-class environmental facilities, the hotel is very new. But the credit card charges randomly. Since the order included breakfast for 4, why was breakfast charged again? The service attitude of the Asian female leader at breakfast is very poor. She was told that she can only eat cold food and no hot food... In fact, there is no hot food at all. It is not as good as the domestic three-star breakfast. Where does the confidence to coax come from?

On the day of check-out, I asked for a statement from the front desk. A female staff member at the front desk said that there was no printer, but would send me the statement by email. I asked when the deposit for the four orders would be refunded to my card? The female staff member said that it would be refunded to my card within 5 working days, but it has been five days since I checked out, and the hotel has not sent me a statement, and the security deposit deducted by the hotel has not been refunded to me. I have contacted Ctrip several times, and it has been three days. Ctrip's handling staff is changing people every day, but nothing has been resolved.
