I had a confirmed reservation for two nights, made three weeks in advance, but the front desk canceled it without notifying me. My family and I traveled from Fresno, California, to spend some family time at Disney. The woman who assisted me, Adilene Cruz, was arrogant and told me there was nothing she could do, suggesting I go to another hotel called Day Inn across the street. Of course, I didn't, and she just ignored me, repeating that she couldn't do anything. Thankfully, I found another, better place with a better price. I've never had problems with this hotel chain before, but I believe Adilene Cruz was responsible for canceling my reservation. This just happened on 04-17-26. Now I'm home, and I'll see what I can do to prevent another family from going through what I did.

Very clean! Not too far from Disneyland and we were able to find parking both days which is a must for me. My only issues were when checking in, the man that helped me was extremely kind but the woman on the counter next to him was very rude and took my ID away from him and stared at it and then at me very accusatory. I don’t know if she thought it was fake or what but it was awkward and very rude. My other issue was that when we came down for breakfast around 8:30 (breakfast ends at 9:30) they were almost completely out of food (all that was left was some potatoes, cereal, and oatmeal) and when we asked the kitchen staff if they were going to restock it we were rudely ignored until finally she said what they put out already was all that they were going to for the day. Overall the location and the room were pretty great it was just some of the staff that ruined it a little. (Except for the man who checked us in, he was very kind!). Not a terrible experience but if I’m paying this much I would expect better service.

The location is convenient. The breakfast is so-so, a typical American breakfast, just enough to get by. The main advantage is that there are many restaurants nearby, but it's also far enough from noisy areas like Disney, so it's relatively quiet. The room near the road was a bit noisy, but after switching to an inner room, I finally had a good night's sleep.
