Enjoyed the stay as our purpose was to visit the Disney parks. Free parking was a big plus. Walking Distance to the Toy Story Garage where you can hop on the free shuttle to get to the park entrances.

The location was great. I could walk to the convention centre and surrounding restaurants at ease. Walking to the Disneyland parks was also a bonus. But when the external gardens are better maintained than the hotel itself it makes for a disappointing remainder of a review. I was housed in a room downstairs. It had a horrendous odour and the pressure in the shower was terrible. After 2 days I was moved to an upper floor. The smell lingered- it smelt as though they did not wash the mops thoroughly after using them. Also, it was very loud. Now I understand that the hotel cannot stop the noise coming from other patrons however when they congregate in the carpark and laugh and chat after midnight one would have like security to approach them. Instead I was left asking them to move their party along. My whole stay I felt unsafe and worried, and as a solo traveller that is not the vibe I like. I will not be staying here again and I would urge anyone looking at this hotel to reconsider!

Except for its location -close proximity to the Anaheim convention center, it feels and smells like a motel and not a hotel. Parking is free.

Facilities: Basically, it's a large motel. There's a large courtyard with a parking lot in the middle, and three floors of rooms on the perimeter. Most of the guests are Hispanic. I saw there's an outdoor swimming pool, and the rooms have microwaves and refrigerators, but the refrigerator, along with the water pipes, makes a regular, loud noise that disturbs sleep.
Cleanliness: Average. There was hair in the towel, but the room was fairly clean.
Environment: The environment is also average. This street is full of hotels built around Disneyland, and this is the furthest one. There are no shops outside. It's located at the intersection. You can still hear the car noise.
Service: The receptionist was quite helpful and explained the basic hotel facilities clearly in one go.

Clean and hygienic, the receptionist was warm and friendly. Even if you miss the sunset, you can still quietly wait for a sky full of stars, face the sea, enjoy the warmth of spring and blooming flowers, give your heart a harbor, a place to weather storms and laughter; give your heart a vast blue sky, to search and find, to contemplate and move forward in peace.
