Anaheim Resort Suites

We arrived at 3:55pm and after standing in line for 10 minutes was told it would be a 10 minute wait. (4pm is the check in time at this hotel). At 4:40pm I had to go back up myself and ask if my room was available. They then gave me keys that were not activated. People in the pool and breakfast areas monitoring were nasty and out right mean. Staff just seem like they don’t want to be there. Hallways and rooms were beat to hell. This is not the Cambria hotel we have stayed at over a handful of times

This hotel was just okay. Breakfast and pool were good. Carpet in room had some stains and was in need of a deep clean. The hotel was further than what I expected from Disney so getting there was still a bit of a hassle. You had to show wristbands for pool and breakfast, seemed a little unusual.

Myself, husband & kids travel to Disneyland almost every year ! We enjoy trying out different hotels, We've been wanting to stay at this hotel for sometime now but it was always sold out. Things we did enjoy were all the outside amenities, & they also have a nice selection for breakfast buffet! We did unfortunately run into several issues with our room, management & staffing. The bathroom sink was clogged up, the water didn't get hot, & the continuous knocking on the walls from the washing machine. & i can't go without saying how loud the pull out bed was, you cant even sit on it without waking up the entire room! I also had someone calling the room phone playing on the line. Additionally the amount of MICE you can hear in the pipes in the parking garage is stomach turning & frightening! When i contacted the front desk about these issues they were very rude, unkind & unprofessional! I followed up with the manager the next day & they said they would put everything in writing in a email, that we discussed & promised to make it right, but ive yet to receive that email. With that being said the hotel does have potential, with more extended training to staff & plenty of updates & maintenance to the buildings. We wont be staying there again!

House keeping did not clean our room and pick up the thrash they don’t refill toilet paper and change towels u less you call them. Then dont refill everything inside the room that needs to be refill. Front desk staff are  not friendly .But the room is good for family trip.

The hotel is really nice. But tje cold water was not working for two days!! Couldn't shower the kids. The water was boiling hot horribly.

The check in was very easy and the staff was so friendly. We enjoyed breakfast every morning. We asked for a quieter area and they put us in a good place. The room had 2 showers (one with a bathtub) so that was nice. We liked the hand held shower head because the water pressure was way better. We didn’t use the pool area but I appreciate how there were water stations in the lobby. The walk to Disneyland wasn’t bad either. The Toy Story Parking lot now has a “no pedestrians access” sign now so we didn’t use a ride share or walked to the park.

Amazing service supper friendly and cleanness was great slides were fun for the kids and some adults went on too. The pool is a good size and the water is warm so perfect for kids there is a lot of options for breakfast and it’s delicious and not to mention it’s like a 7 minute walk to Disneyland Second time going here and will continue to come more.

Great hotel for families. The breakfast wasn’t as exciting as reviews said. Very slow to top up bread and waffles and line up very long to make your own. No bacon 😳 Made great coffees at the cafe/bar
