Staff are nice. They pick us up from the airport and drop us off to the airport. They have a good size ref and good microwave that heat fast. I just want to suggest to add eggs or any meat like sausage, bacon in their breakfast. Other than that, overall stay was pleasant.

Nice Hotel, quiet no noise and comfortable room and close to the Anchorage Airport. Free shuttle pick up from the airport too. I would stay here again.

Although the facilities were a bit old, the room was large, simple, and clean. It also included breakfast and a waffle maker. The staff at the front desk were very friendly. It was great value for money, and I would definitely stay there again if I came back.

Some of the staffs don't seem very welcoming, frowning, and annoying. This hotel doesn't have a hot tub as shown in the application when booking. I asked the receptionist and he said there isn't one.

If it wasn't for the peak tourist season in Anchorage when all other hotels were fully booked, I would never have stayed in such a shabby hotel. There was nothing around, it was desolate. I called to arrange a hotel shuttle but was ruthlessly hung up on three times without any explanation or information about whether there was a shuttle. Once again, I despised the Indian guy who was watching over the hotel!
