Hotel is in a very good location in the centre near the old town walls. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Staff were very friendly and welcoming. Premier Inn is always reliable and good value for money.

On arrival we were greeted by Sara on reception who was so friendly and explained the details of our rooms. The rooms were spacious, clean and had all we needed. The bar is open 24/7 so that is great for entertaining. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful and we were attended to by Julia and Paul who made sure we had all we needed. Lovely hotel, great accessible parking and a lovely town. Fab staff thank you

We used the hotel as a stop off on a trip. The hotel exceeded expectations. Nice new very clean hotel. Good location and parking. The staff made the stay, they were so friendly and helpful.

We've used Premier Inns before and found them really good value for money, this one is no exception. Very friendly staff and the hotel was spotlessly clean. One thing is I would love is for the hotel to provide a thin summer weight duvet or a blanket as the all year bedding is a bit too warm in the summer months even in the UK ! Aside from that everything was spot on, including the very tasty breakfast we had in the morning. Lots of free parking available minutes walk away. Berwick is a great place to visit if you enjoy walking - nice walk along to Spittal Beach over the old original bridge. Lovely walks along the pier, river and of course the famous Elizabethan town walls.

1. Excrement in room toilet bowl 2. Extremely small room for a Premier Inn 3. Bland uncomfortable dining/bar area 4. Desk light removed from room whilst wall fitting still there 5. Worst almost inedible buffet breakfast at £11.99 per person
