Absolutely the worste hotel experience. Filthy in every which way possible. Cockroaches in my bed, toilet - everywhere. Carpet was beyond cleaning.
Paid for a King size bed on level 3, was given a queen size bed on level 5.
Breakfast was ok if you eat just rice - no eggs, and had to ask for milk for coffee.
No communication fay 2 of stay, breakfast again very simple, again not what I paid for. Reception never bothered to let guests know that a wedding had hijacked the resturant.
Resturant not open during the day or night, Bar was shut entire time albeit advertised.
Complained but fell of deaf ears... absolute disgrace !
Reported to Trip.com and received parial refund as hotel and sales manager didn' or wouldn't answer their phones.
I will never again use this place attempting to call themselves a hotel. Check out the photo's, absolutley no excuse ....

you get what you paid, this hotel is one of the most affordable hotels in bandung area, they have parking space and if the parking space full you can park in Indomart besides this hotel

Lack of aminities
1. No hot water
2. Dust everywhere
3. A/C always down
Please upgrade your aminities. Is to obselete and in poor condition. Have a great nama doesnt mean you can ignore all the critics & suggestion. For me, i will not return back to this place. Kudos to staff only.

Unfortunately, I couldn't stay at this hotel on the 26th, but I managed to rebook for an additional three nights from the 27th-29th of April 2024. I had to request a cancellation for the 26th night due to a flight delay from Kuala Lumpur to Jakarta, which caused me to miss the high-speed train to Bandung. Consequently, I had to find accommodation near Halim station in Jakarta to catch the train to Bandung the next day. The pictures and review reflect my experience during the three nights I stayed here.
