The hotel couldn't be worse! It's very old, the carpet is dirty, and there are mold spots on the bathroom ceiling. On the first day, I was given a room on the 2nd floor facing the shade. After complaining, I was moved to a room on the 3rd floor facing the pool. I didn't feel happy for a while, but found that the air conditioner was broken and could only heat, and I couldn't even turn it off. I called the front desk and found that the phone was also broken and useless. I went to the front desk to complain, and a worker who didn't understand English at all was arranged to check it out, but he was also at a loss. I asked the front desk to change the room, but was told that there was only one room on the first floor. I opened Ctrip and it showed that there were several rooms of the same room type available for booking... In the end, the front desk said viciously that if you don't go to the first floor, you can check out now! Please note that this happened at 21:45. It's too bad! ! ! Thanks to Ctrip for its support and timely assistance in handling the cancellation of the order and the subsequent reservation of a new hotel.

Very good hotel apartment. I brought my children here for the winter vacation. I can cook my own meals. The staff are enthusiastic and attentive. Parking is convenient and the surrounding environment is safe. I recommend staying here.

We booked (3) 2 bedroom suites for a wedding weekend. The room’s furnishings are out dated and the air conditioning wasn’t working properly in 2 of the suites. The breakfast wasn’t too bad.

Planned water maintenance with no notice
This hotel chose to perform planned plumbing maintenance on a pipe that fed an entire floor without any warning to the inhabitants. When you are standing in the shower soaped up and the water goes off for over a half hour, you can’t rate the customer service very well. A simple NOTICE ahead of time to the occupants could have avoided a very unsatisfactory experience at this property. The front desk didn’t even know the planned maintenance was taking place until the 3rd time I contacted them. Once it was fixed, the shower remained unusable for an hour as the hot water ran rusty. Performing maintenance on the property is not my issue….failing to notify the guest of impending impact is a big issue. Do better next time.

Michelle and Bobby at front desk were very nice and helpfull. The rooms were very clean. Every room was well supplied. The breakfast was perfect. Pool was not open but only because it had to be inspected by the city for the season. I would certainly stay there again. It's in a nice quiet area but within minutes to Wal-Mart, Market Basket and Restaurants.

My stay was comfortable and the place was clean. The pool was down, which was a bummer since it was 87° outside. My check-in process was smooth, quick and seamless. My checkout process was interesting. There was nobone sitting at the front desk. The general manager was in her office. She yelled out “what can I help you with?” I told her I was just looking to check out. She nonchalantly told me to just leave my key there. Part of me enjoyed that too. However, I do think she could’ve been a bit more friendly about it.
