Hotel is well decorated and furnished in a modern style. Our room was comfortable especially the bed. Nice modern bathroom, a little small but well designed. Staff are really friendly and helpful and made us very welcome. Breakfast had a good selection of fresh items.

Ayant eu une réservation dans cet hôtel j'ai dû annuler car je suis enceinte et j'ai eu des contractions non prévues. Donc dans l'impossibilité de me rendre j'annule ma réservation certes pas dans les 24 heures mais je ne pouvais pas prévoir des contractions 4 jours avant ça ne se décide pas. Du coup ma réservation à été débité alors qu'on m'avais dit par téléphone que ça serais annuler au vue de la situation et maintenant on me dit que j'aurais dû annuler plus tôt que c'est la loi. Désolé mon bébé n'était pas au courant

En effet, j’ai mis une note de 5/5. Équipe au top, dynamique, à l’écoute de ses clients, accueil chaleureux. Un réel plaisir de séjourner dans cet établissement. L’équipe ainsi que le patron de cet hôtel, sont toujours en quête de mieux….quel plaisir après une longue journée de travail et beaucoup de route, de pouvoir s’immerger dans un spa et sauna!

Un accueil parfait, une chambre propre, le linge nickel, un accompagnement parfait en cas de soucis. Le sourire est de mise dans cet établissement. Petit déjeuner copieux et bons, repas simple mais bon .

Je n'ai pas séjourné à l'hôtel Austria mais j'ai accompagné avec des amis une conférencière venue intervenir à Saint-Etienne à l'occasion d'un colloque. Nous avons dîné au restaurant de l'hôtel. Accueil sympathique et très professionnel, ambiance chaleureuse, décor très cosy. Pour la cuisine, les plats étaient simples et excellents, le dressage des assiettes impeccable. Lieu à découvrir et qui devrait scinder plus clairement la communication de ses deux activités, sinon on n'imagine pas pouvoir venir dîner dans cet hôtel !

Una notte per un viaggio di lavoro, la posizione onestamente non è delle migliori in quanto non c'è nulla di decente vicino. L'hotel è piccolo e tenuto abbastanza bene, la camera era un po' piccola ma sufficiente, ben pulita e comoda, bagno ok con tutto quello che serviva. Buona la colazione, gentile lo staff, disponibile anche il ristorante per la cena. Parcheggio disponibile di fronte. Un po' fastidioso il rumore dei tram.
