"This hotel is great since the location is ideal. Walking distance from red street yet it is not that noisy since it is about 800 meters away. The rooms are very clean and the service is great. The pool is nice for swimming but small. The wifi is fast and almost everything was perfect.The only two bad things is that there is not hot water which is strange for such a hotel and the window location is not ideal."

"I liked my stay at this hotel. The staff were great. The room was clean and quite. The fridge is stocked with good prices. The room has its own WiFi router. The Agave restaurant is good with a patio for people watching. It is right on their walking street and close to everything including the mall. I would stay there again anytime."

"I booked this hotel as a special gift to celebrate my sister’s graduation, and it turned out to be the perfect choice. She had worked so hard to reach this milestone, and I wanted to give her a relaxing, memorable experience. From the moment she arrived, she was impressed by the warm hospitality, beautiful décor, and comfortable accommodations. The staff made her feel welcomed and valued, and the amenities exceeded her expectations. She especially enjoyed the peaceful atmosphere and excellent service. It was exactly the kind of getaway she needed after her studies, and she truly appreciated the thoughtful gesture."

"Booked my studio room for 3 nights. My room is modern and clean. Shout out to Jen for the hospitality she showed me during my stay. She helped me find a transportation going to my appointment and going to the airport also. They also responds to my request immediately. One of the best studio rooms in town. "

"The room smelled either of cooking (from the restaurant kitchen?) or sewer smell from the drains. When turning on the shower, same sewer smell. Service was good: eager to help and overload of employees. Breakfast was average. Front desk did not provide change, which made it difficult to keep small bills on hand for trikes, which are really needed due to hotel’s location unless one has their own transportation. I will not be staying again. Better hotels around Angeles for similar price."

"Location is walking distance around Angeles Walking street which easy to get good foods and entertainment as well. In 10 mins walk you can get whatever you wish for dinner or lunch like jollibee, McD, Mexican foods and locals are everywhere.
I love the pool as they're playing a movie at the big screen. The vibes are so peaceful and perfect for holiday.
The air condition is quite old style and noisy especially at night."

MMarcky AkiI had a pleasant stay at the BEST WESTERN PLUS Clark. The hotel delivers solid value with modern interiors, clean and spacious rooms, and a well-maintained property overall. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom had great water pressure and ample toiletries.
The location is convenient—close to Clark International Airport, SM City Clark, and a number of restaurants and shops. Despite being in a busy area, the rooms were quiet, making for a restful stay.
The staff were courteous and helpful, especially at the front desk and restaurant. I appreciated the daily breakfast buffet, which had a decent variety of Filipino and Western options, although the food could be replenished faster during peak hours.
The pool and gym were nice bonuses, though a bit small for larger crowds. Wi-Fi was generally reliable, though slightly spotty in some areas of the hotel.
Would I recommend it? Yes, especially for business travelers or families looking for comfort and accessibility near Clark.

Spacious room. It also smelled so good when we got in. Usually, hotel rooms smell the same (like typical cleaning products).
We love the hotel and the restaurant! Will definitely come back and stay longer. Who would've known that a hotel I booked just for my stopover would be one of my new favorite hotels!
I strongly recommend it, especially if you wanna be around good restaurants and/or the airport. For reference, attached is a screenshot of how far the distance is to the airport (with traffic). Without traffic, it would be just 15 minutes or so.

DDavidThis place is right in the front of walking street. Out the door and down the stairs and your on walking street. Exactly what I was looking for in my stay. They even helped me get a taxi to the airport meeting me outside the door. Great time and it was clean everyday. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Thanks Fields palace hotel.

EEiselleLuckwotcheraIf you want to feel youre in Bangla Road, Phuket Thailand, you can just come to Angeles City where they have Walking Street. Stayed for 5days in Rishan, closed to grocery marts and Sm Clark. They clean your room daily if you want and staff are accommodating. Some cooking utensils you need like strainer, can opener, tongs are those they dont have. But you can buy somewhere on the other side. Aside from that, everything is fine. We enjoyed staying at Rishan Residence, as if youre at home, I love cooking ans I cooked for my hubby everyday 😅🥰. My friends who were living around also visited us and we went to a live band that we had to drive for few minutes and went kareoke. We also went to Skyranch Pampanga to enjoy outside.

GGuest UserI really like this hotel and will always stay here when I visit Angeles City. This was our first visit back after the pandemic and we loved our stay.
Although there was an intermittent humming sound like a generator every few minutes all day and night I didn’t complain or request to move rooms. I sleep with earplugs in anyway. The upstairs bar is now closed which is quite sad and the restaurant no longer allows you to charge meals to the room.
The only thing I really didn’t like is that they allow smoking by the pool and at all seating areas outside. At one point there was even someone smoking while actually in the pool. They also allow people to watch videos and play stuff on loud speaker from their phones and iPads. For me, one of the best features of this hotel is the pool area but smoking and loud speaker’s really ruin the ambience. I hope management change this.
For me the hotel hasn’t changed much and is still best place to stay in Angeles City. Location is fantastic and I really like the pool and restaurant. The rooms are a great size, big comfy beds and the staff are really nice and friendly. I’ll definitely continue staying here when I visit and we really enjoyed our stay.

GGuest UserIt took us more than 2 hours to get to our room. The staff at the front desk told us that they could not find our booking in their system. I was already annoyed because of exhaustion from our trip. The hotel upgraded our room from standard twin to suite room though

張張JinThe location of the hotel is very convenient. There is a supermarket downstairs where you can buy things. The service staff are also very friendly. The room is also very comfortable. There will be no noise disturbance when sleeping. I will stay here again next time.

Hotel staff were friendly and location was very close to city hot spots so it was convention from this point.
Unfortunately, from the point of sanitary it was unacceptable at all. The room receives 2 out of 10. Room was full of cockroaches running up and down. In room was full of small bugs and some flying insects similar to mosquitoes that bitten us all only 1 night stay.
In the app when we booked this hotel it clearly said there is a pool while pool were under repair, as receptionistclaimed. In this time of year a hotel without pool, in Angles city, is half price that we paid you.
All photos of hotel room seems fake. I guess either photos are fake or are for years ago when hotel were in good condition and had running pool. Now those photo never represent now May 2025 as we stayed there.
What I saw it was not pool under repair it was an abandoned pool that is totally neglected.
Please try to be more honest with customer.
Honesty is the most precious things that all business needs to create loyal lasting connection.
That place was horrible. Cockroaches were marching all the room. We were there 1 night only and you are asking how that place is when we left there. We did not take any photo but you can go and see their rooms.
Other than name of hotel all other things were not at a level to ba called hotel. Their photos I guess are for over 30 years ago.
