For the amount charged, the level of service and especially customer service, which practically did not exist, should have been much better.
When we arrived at the inn, no one explained anything about anything, didn't give us an internet password, didn't talk about the shower. They just give us a form to fill out and the room key. I don't even know if anything is sold there to leave in the fridge in the room, as it was not explained or offered.
The shower is the highlight of the stay, strong and warm water.
Wi-Fi only worked in one corner of the bathroom, so if you need to work at some point during your stay, don't count on the inn's Wi-Fi.
A double bed is actually two single beds pushed together, and you sleep with a stick in the middle of the beds.
Ilha Grande had a power outage, so the inn only turns on the generator after 6pm, that is, during the day, no power, even though there is a generator in the inn (!).
