Xifeng Hotel (Suzhou CBD Wanda Third Middle)

The five-star service rating goes to the security guard at the entrance; his service was truly excellent. The others don't deserve a star. The room was incredibly dirty; I didn't even know how to sit on those chairs. Some might say it's cheap and the hotel is old, but that has nothing to do with cleanliness. The pictures are all real. The first few are from a special offer room; I couldn't stand it anymore, so I paid an extra 20 yuan for an upgrade. The last two pictures show the upgraded room. Maybe every room is similar. Don't the people there even have basic cleanliness standards? I don't know where the positive reviews came from.

The air conditioner was covered in dust, the room smelled terrible, and the bathroom smelled of smoke. The room looked like it hadn't been cleaned in ages, and even the hairdryer was covered in dust.

The room is large and the sanitary conditions are generally good. Free mineral water is provided. The staff are more serious and responsible. However, the TV in the room cannot be watched. I hope it can be improved in the future.

The room just has a bit of a smell. I recommend ventilating it more every day. Everything else is satisfactory. The breakfast is also delicious. . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . . .

I have stayed at the hotel many times. The rooms are great, you can park for free, and it comes with breakfast in the morning. There is a park along the river right outside the hotel, and it is very cost-effective.

The room is cheap but the facilities are not so good. You can book it if you are going to take exams. It is only two minutes away from No. 3 Middle School, just across the bridge. There is a park next to it, which is a good location.

Extremely bad. They only gave us one bottle of water and then stopped. The room smelled terrible.
