We stayed at the Annabelle for 4 nights. The hotel was clean, the service extremely friendly. Bar staff especially, nothing was too much trouble. The food was good, lots of fresh fruits and salads, perfect for the hot weather.

Me and my friends had a wonderful stay here at Annabelle Beach Resort. The staff especially made the highlight of our trip, they were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Valia and Efi in particular welcomed us warmly and were greatly helpful throughout our trip. The hotel backs onto a beautiful pebble beach and is a short distance to the town Hersonissos- which I highly recommend as it has lovely restaurants, bars, shops and nightlife. There is a nice selection of food every night and drinks are very nice. The entertainment is very inclusive and enjoyable, and the animation team are incredible and so friendly. Our room was cosy with comfortable beds and a terrace outside which was a nice touch. I highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!!

Prior to our holiday we had our concerns having read the mixed reviews on this site. However we were not disappointed. That said this hotel is not 5 star rather a very good 3 star in my opinion. Our room was spacious and comfortable although a little dated. The food was good and varied across all meals. The swimming pools were nice but getting a sunbed was sometimes problematic. The beach is shingle and walking into the water is quite hazardous due to the rocky sea floor. If you want a change of scene then the only option is to go into Hersonnisos as there is not much around the hotel. It costs 10 Euros for the short journey. My only complaint was the quality of the drinks. The spirits were weak and the wine not very good. Likewise the mixers were of poor quality. Overall however we had a very pleasant stay.

Superb territory, very friendly staff, especially on reception. Great animation team, my daughter really liked them. Food, I think - 4, because sometimes meat was really too tough and untasty, but we always could find something for ourselves. There was always enough food, even if you go at the end of lunch. 2 big swimming pools! Cool! What was not very comfortable - it is entrance in the sea, there were a lot of stones, for children it is not good.

Please do not be fooled by this hotel’s pictures and its description, it is not a 5 star resort. Staff are friendly but overworked and most likely underpaid. Stayed for 10 days, and not once witnessed the pool getting cleaned, water is extremely murky. The pool is horrific and the pool bar is messy, unclean and dated. Had to pay £2 euros for wifi access per device and day. “All inclusive” offered a range of 4 heavily watered down cocktails, the rest you had to pay for. Food is mediocre at best, not much option for picky eaters/ kids. Sunbeds are all pretty much broken and they bring up the blue sunbeds from the beach to compensate for the grey ones. Entertainment team are friendly. Rooms are small, changed bedding every day and received fresh towels. shower head was broken, mirror has rust and dirt around it, best thing about the room was the air conditioning that they surprisingly didn’t make you pay to use. We had to pay a euro (one time use) to use the scale to weigh our cases and then a further 2 euros each to put a case into each locker for safety. There is an “indoor pool” which is not available to use, with no water in it and used as a storage room as shown in pictures below. Gym times are unreliable and change depending on staffs mood, so do not rely on opening and closing times. we’ve been on many 5 star holidays before and this is most definitely a 4 star hotel. The room was clean and comfortable but needs a renovation. The restaurant was untidy, plates and glasses were running out, The knives and forks were sticky, just like the tables. The massage for adult was good in spa. In the same time the children’s massage was just a gentle petting (high price for that activity). The hole complex needs a renovation…

Had an amazing 8 nights here, been many times before and never disappointed, beautiful hotel beach and scenery as well as a wide range of food at the taverna and main hotel resturant. Felt very welcomed by the staff on reception and they were exceptional at aiding us with any enquiries throughout our stay. Very family and couple friendly will be going back many more times either with my partner or my family. Loved seeing effie, irini and kostas as well as talking to the lovely and friendly animation team!
