酒店離嘉樂比樂園很近，接駁車可以直接送到樂園門口，入住期間可以無限次暢玩。酒店的愛心泳池拍照很出片，孩子玩得很開心！酒店給每個房間都配了一個專屬管家，有任何問題可以直接聯繫管家解決，非常方便！下次有機會還會再來！

兩星好評給管家、幫忙泊車的小哥和接駁車司機等接待人員。本意是看房間外形可愛又是獨棟才訂的萌熊雙床房，結果是從外到內的舊。門衹有一層保險，門把手是鬆鬆垮垮的，且不會自動關閉。房間的構造導致人在房間某幾個角落説話回聲特別響，腦袋嗡嗡的。房間內擺設與官方相冊圖不符，展示的圖片裏有小帳篷和搖搖馬實際都是沒有的。紗窗有點破爛，很厚的一層灰。浴室地面的污漬也不知道是怎麼回事，洗浴用品包括牙刷洗髮沐浴乳在內，是我近幾年住過的五鑽酒店中少有的粗糙低檔。電吹風聲音不正常的響，風力調到最大也是不可思議的弱，怕它高温爆掉，跟前台説換個電吹風，結果送來的是一個需要一直按着按鈕才會出風的無牌吹風機。衹能説除了離樂園近一點，沒有優點了，還不如訂普通房間，可能設施還好一點。
再來説説大堂一樓的餐廳，進去之後工作人員是極力推薦自助餐的，我們還是選了點菜形式。會給小朋友上一杯白開水，一股游泳池的味道，隔壁桌的小朋友也在抱怨這水怎麼這麼難喝，最後人家直接倒掉再問工作人員要了開水放涼了喝，我們完全沒喝。餐廳菜品很一般，可以説是非常真心的不好吃。哦對了，入住當天送給小朋友的草莓熊一眼便知是假貨，還有一把編織扇刺頭很多，沒給小朋友玩，怕刺傷。

在開元嘉樂比度假酒店裡大人非常舒心，小朋友玩的也很盡興，在這裏特別表揚殷管家，提前一天就加上了聯繫方式告知了一切訊息，非常熱情地幫助我們，超級棒的服務🥳住酒店是可以無限次進出樂園，項目都挺不錯，4歲到10歲小朋友都可以玩很開心。加上酒店的房間很大很乾凈，簡直是遛娃神地!最後就是特別要給小殷管家點個大大的讚了，親切友好，在我們入住期間所有的需求安排的很貼心，還有就是前台以及客房服務的阿姨，都特別nice，這裏的每一位員工都相當熱情負責，希望酒店能繼續秉承這種服務精神，一定會越辦越好！希望下一次能看見一個更好的嘉樂比度假酒店，哈哈！

建在遊樂園旁邊的酒店，住宿包括遊樂園門票，不限次數自由進入，適合躺平帶娃。
酒店整體環境很好，衞生又安靜，管家服務到位。
温泉一般吧，就是熱水洗浴，沒有很出彩。
需要注意的是高空漂流和蹦極之類的是要另外收費的，有人會在遊樂園進門口處喊着送到塔台，但是沒有任何收費標準或者提醒之類的，等把你送上去了才告知另外收費，漂流88一位，大點的小孩也是全票。就這一點讓人心裏不舒服吧，感覺被套路了。不過瑕不掩瑜，適合輕鬆帶娃。

三天兩晚的旅行，行程提前一天就有管家帥哥小殷聯繫加微信，推薦附近的餐廳及遊玩的地方。第二天出發的比較早，五一酒店房間爆滿，還沒打掃出來，吃完飯就可以領房卡了，管家服務真的很nice，幫忙提行李，還幫忙停好車，接駁車親自送我們到房間，一路上簡單介紹樂園位置，湯泉位置等，車停的離住的房間也超近，房間的水果和小冰箱飲料無限免費續，還送了我女兒一個樂園玩偶，我女兒説喜歡漂流，小殷還送了漂流票～總之服務很細心。
酒店旁邊就是嘉樂比樂園，酒店入住的時候刷臉，進出遊樂園都是刷臉，有專門的酒店客人通道，裏面的遊樂設施很豐富，也有很多刺激的項目，大擺錘、海盜船、過山車、蹦極～特別要提一下，第一天我爸身體不適，晚上八九點了，管家小殷下班了還陪同我們去醫院，真的很貼心，我是帶父母和女兒入住，老的不舒服，小的也得拖着一起去醫院，有人幫忙真的好很多。
樂園遊玩也沒踩雷，晚上19點以後的三個表演必看，打鐵花那個真的蠻震撼的，我看過很多打鐵花，這個真的沒有之一～
給又帥氣又細心的小殷超五星好評！

這是湖州安吉絕對低谷的親子度假酒店和樂園。有非常有特色的呆熊房，孩子特別喜歡，房間裏還有激光射燈，門口還有小院子可以吃飯下午茶，夜景也很好看。出門20米就是田園主題樂園，每個項目基本不用排隊，且晚上三個節目必看。管家小張也很熱心，值得點贊👍🏻
