This is truly our favorite resort, and we come here every month, sometimes even more often. Every single visit reminds us why this place feels like a second home. The staff are absolutely amazing, warm, attentive, and genuinely caring. They go above and beyond to make every stay perfect and effortless.
We would especially like to mention our waiter, TIGER, who was outstanding. His service, attitude, and attention to detail made our dining experience even more enjoyable. We also had a wonderful barbecue experience, with everything fully prepared, provided, and helped by the staff, so we could simply relax and enjoy our time together.
Breakfast is consistently excellent, rich, fresh, and delicious, and dinner at the restaurant is also very good and satisfying. The rooms are outstanding, honestly better than many 5 star hotels I have stayed in. Spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable.
The facilities are impressive and thoughtfully planned. The kids playground is amazing, our children played and enjoyed every minute there. The jacuzzi is available all year round, the swimming pool in summer is fantastic, and everything you need for true peace of mind is right here.
And then there is the snow… the perfect cherry on top of the cake. This place delivers unforgettable mountain experiences every time, and we cannot wait to come back again.
