Arrived on the first morning, we were able to register for facial recognition at the hotel front desk before heading to the theme park. The kids had an absolute blast, and after two days of non-stop fun, we really needed a good rest. The hotel room provided excellent respite.
The room was well-equipped, and the bathtub was very large, perfect for a relaxing soak. The bedding was also super comfortable. As this is a very family-friendly hotel, they even provided children-specific toiletries.
Where the hotel fell short, or rather, was a bit disappointing, was the dining. The evening buffet, although it had a lucky draw, wasn't cheap at 198 RMB for adults, 99 RMB for children, or 398 RMB for two adults and one child. However, the food selection was quite limited. Among the sashimi, only the salmon was edible, but it was replenished very slowly. At the teppanyaki station, you had to wait for the chef to cook; they’d grill a batch every 20 minutes, and then it would be gone. Other beverages were rather subpar, and the desserts weren't good. The hot dishes were mostly supported by bamboo shoots and plain boiled chicken. For staples, there were bao buns and noodles. Overall, compared to the rainforest restaurant at the very family-oriented Kaiyuan Senbo, this buffet offered absolutely no value for money. I highly recommend they improve their standards, increase the variety of dishes, ensure faster service for freshly prepared items, speed up sashimi replenishment, and maintain better quality control for all dishes.
The breakfast on the second day, served at the steakhouse, also had limited variety. The pastries were unappetizing, and there were very few Chinese options. The cupcake in the Western pastry section was hard, lacking fluffiness and softness. The juice was watery. We barely ate anything.
